Terms of Service

1. Overview
By booking a project with OneNightPage ("we", "us", "our"), you ("client") agree to these terms. Our service is an overnight website design and delivery package for a flat fee of $999 with optional monthly cloud maintenance at $79/month.
2. Business Clients Only
OneNightPage provides services exclusively to registered businesses and companies. We do not serve individual consumers or private persons. To place a booking, the client must be a legally registered business entity and provide a valid, active, and verified Tax ID (VAT/GST number, EIN, or equivalent tax identification number). We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the payment if the provided Tax ID cannot be verified or if the client is not a registered business.
3. Delivery
We commit to delivering a live, functional website by 08:00 AM local time following the night of your booking, provided the brief is submitted by the confirmed deadline and all required materials (content, brand assets, domain access) are provided in time.
4. Payment
The one-time design fee of $999 is charged at booking. The $79/month cloud maintenance plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You may cancel maintenance at any time; the design fee is subject to our money-back guarantee (Section 6).
5. Scope
The package includes 5–7 custom-designed pages, mobile responsiveness, domain, DNS and SSL setup, contact form integration, hosting on our CDN, monitoring, and daily backups. Custom applications, e-commerce, and integrations beyond this scope are quoted separately.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
If the site is not delivered live by 08:00 AM as agreed, or does not meet the specifications outlined in your accepted brief, you may request a full refund of the $999 design fee within 7 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design, content, and code. We retain the right to display the finished project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data.
